Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Outbound Customer Service Representative to join a prominent company in the Morrisville area. This is for an immediate need in a contract to hire capacity.

Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to businesses
-Schedule appointments for sales team
-Provide excellent customer service skills
-Conduct surveys to clients based on their experience
-Answer any questions they may have about the company and products
-Upsell products as needed

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-2 or more years in a call center environment
-Outbound calling experience preferred
-Outgoing personality–must not be afraid to pick up the phone
