Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing Coordinator for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Support

• Support the Business Development Manager in the execution of Sales and Marketing strategies
• Clarify, communicate, and collaborate with Marketing Manager on Sales Team needs, to include: generation of leads from Marketing Campaigns
• Identify, investigate, and follow-up on leads during the qualification process
• Develop and report on Sales and Marketing related analytics

Sales Administration

• Manage customer, project, and lead data in the CRM system
• Coordinate with Operations on contract reviews (NDAs, CDAs, etc.)
• Complete new vendor forms for customers
• Assist with the drafting, review, and revision of proposals
• Assist with the documentation of current and new sales processes
• Perform editorial reviews of customer documents (slide decks, proposals, etc.)
• Coordinate off-site team meetings and other team events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Experience with Salesforece.com, Netsuite, or other CRM system
• Knowledge of the Digital Marketing and Technology space, to include: Content Marketing, Content Management Systems, and/or Web Development
• Experience in Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics) and KPI reporting is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
