Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Assistant to join an established company in the Raleigh area.
• Entry level position
• Work with Purchasing Analysts to issue and submit purchase orders for multi-state locations
• Record and track orders using inventory management system.
• Review past due orders and assist with managing over dollars
• Process cancellation of purchase orders utilizing inventory management system and communicate all cancellations to suppliers and stores
• Perform regular inventory data maintenance to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all platforms
• Regularly work within Microsoft Excel and Access programs.
• Other duties as assigned
• AAS Degree in Business or related field
• 1-2 years of related purchasing or inventory control experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Highly organized and detail oriented
