Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accountant to join an established company in the Raleigh area.  This position will be responsible for providing clients with financial information by researching and analyzing accounts; preparing financial statements.

Requirements:

• Problem solving
• Small business exposure
• Windows proficiency, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• General ledger accounting experience through financial statements
• Experience working with multiple clients
• Experience working with construction industry helpful
• Project management
• Financial statement analysis
• Software evaluation
• Potential networking/computer installation projects and IT experience (helpful/not necessary)
• Assist owner with producing standardized work process documents
• Train clients on QuickBooks
• Educate clients in general accounting and office management
• Assist clients in producing proforma income and cash flow
• Potentially conduct formal training sessions or seminars
• Other task and assignments (some potentially administrative) as requested
• This job may require travel to client sites

Requirements:

• MS Office software proficiency required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
• 5+ years of QuickBooks experience required
• Small business accounting exposure preferred
