Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing company in the Durham area. Must be able to work either of the following:
• Friday 10:30 p.m. — 10:30 a.m. Saturday 12 hour shift; Saturday 10:30 p.m. — 10:30 a.m. Sunday 12 hour shift
• Saturday 10:30 a.m. — 10:30 p.m. Saturday 12 hour shift; Sunday 10:30 a.m. — 10:30 p.m. Sunday 12 hour shift
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service by answering phones, dispatching service technicians using the Vantive Service Information System (SIS).
• Maintains file maintenance issues for Customer, Site and Product files in the Vantive SIS system as needed. Includes researching, updating and correcting database files.
• Reviews invoices for accuracy, validating the billing against the service order and contract entitlements.
• Provides support to field team by dealing with customers, accounting and managers on a daily basis with regard to all issues related to parts ordering and service calls including, but not limited to, any invoicing issues prior to or after actual invoicing.
• Interfaces with Inventory Coordinators and Distribution Centers on parts orders
Requirements:
• Ability to use a variety of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle.
