Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Account Representative to join our client, a well-established commercial bank in the Raleigh area. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive benefits package. This position is not a sales position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Insurance Services Account Representative by servicing and maintaining employee benefits side of business
• Provide risk management services while uncovering sales and coverage opportunities for clients
• Perform as primary contact for all size groups
• Deliver proposals to customers in timely manner and retain book of business
• Maintain thorough and accurate notes to ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of similar experience is required
• Active NC Life and Health License is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Occasional day travel will be expected
