Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Billing Coordinator to join an established company in the Raleigh area.  This position is a long term, temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Performs analysis of financial information and recommends actions for improvement for supported function.
• Preparation of various schedules to support the financial information presented.
• Assists in the preparation of the monthly reporting.
• Communicates effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure information is presented logically and consistently.
• Completion of special projects as assigned by management.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skill Set Desired:
Detail conscious and meticulous.
Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic and sequential approach
Capacity to anticipate customer needs and place customers at the center of own thinking and actions.
Understanding financial practices such as profit, loss, revenue, cash flow, etc.
Able to understand and use numbers
Understands needs and expectations, evaluates information, uses experience in forming opinions, and evaluates the benefits of alternative solutions and their impact to determine the most appropriate course of action to achieve goals.
Ability to meet deadlines by recognizing best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind.
Ability to translate ideas, thoughts, feelings into speech that is appropriate and understood by the audience; is professional and courteous

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail. Accuracy is a must since errors will affect client contracts and fees.
• Associates degree desired
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or customer service.
