Accentuate staffing is currently recruiting for a Sales/Engineering Coordinator to join an established company in the Raleigh area.  This position will support the sales team in creating new order confirmations to send to customers for signature to complete sale and will also be responsible in assisting with the drawings of the machines as well as the drawings for the layout of the machine at the customer site.

Responsibilities:

-Create order confirmations to send to customer for signature to complete the sales process this includes machine specifications, installation information and pricing
-Assist sales staff with the drawings of the machines as well as the drawings for the layout of the machine at the customer site in Auto-CAD
-Establish relationships and rapport with customers
-Support sales staff with entering orders into ERP system

Requirements:

-Bachelors Degree in Engineering is preferred
-Must have a knowledge of Auto-CAD
-Advanced MS Office skills are needed
-Strong Communication skills
-Min of 1 year of sales support in an engineering environment is required
