Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join an established company in the Chapel Hill area. The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized and have at least 3 years of experience supporting an office.
Responsibilities:
– Schedule conference rooms and order food/refreshments for all events and meetings
– Manage calendars for office personnel
– Distribute incoming mail
– Assist with travel arrangements and organize expense receipts
– Keep inventory of all supplies and order when needed
– Assemble presentations/folders for training materials
– Generate purchase orders
– Prepare name badges for special events
– Proof financial statements
– Answer multi-line phone
– Basic clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 3 years of administrative support experience
– Basic knowledge of AP/AR
– Proficient in MS Office Suite
