Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Property Accountant to join an established organization in the RTP area. This position will be responsible for a number of different functions including cash management, payroll, some HR duties, online banking, bill payment, and accounting for two separate complex entities within this organization.

Requirements:

• Must have Yardi software experience
• Experience in a property management accounting role preferred
• CPA is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and juggle a number of responsibilities
• Cost Accounting experience would be a plus
