Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join an established company in the Fuquay Varina area.  This position is responsible for processing and delivery of payroll for the company associates. This position is required to have experience with federal, state, and local requirements related to payroll, as well as, FLSA requirements for piece rate pay calculation. The Specialist is also required to perform all payroll functions and maintenance of payroll records. Effective communications skills with associates, field management, and other departments are required as well.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll preferred.
• High Volume Payroll experience
• Experience with Payroll Software ADP preferred, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Must be able to pass full background check.
