Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established company in the Apex area. This position is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in‐depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members.
-Handle customers’ inquiries by telephone or electronically
-Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries about product specifications,
pricing, availability, shipping, quality complaints or returns
-Provide accurate information to customers by obtaining relevant information from other
departments (supply chain, warehouse, quality, sales and finance)
-Enter orders in a timely manner while maintaining and striving for zero‐errors
-Work closely with Supply Chain, providing notification of impending stock outs, large order
quantities or potential opportunities that could create future gaps in supply.
-Responsible for managing the accuracy of order entry
-Support samples requests for end users and house accounts, follow up on sample requests
and provide customer feedback to relevant departments.
-Maintain and ensure accuracy of SAP Business Partner Master Data for customers
-Manage Distributor Application process. Provide necessary information to management to
make informed approval decision.
-Support Accounts Receivable in resolving credit/collection issues.
-Support customer pricing notification process
-HS Diploma required, some college preferred.
-3‐5 years of customer service and order entry experience
– Positive customer focus attitude
-Experience with high call volume handling
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Experience with SAP preferred but not necessary
