Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Recruiter to join an established company in the Fuquay area.   This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

-Recruiting handler, leads, and managers to fill warehouse labor positions
-Work with hiring managers and the Staffing Manager to execute staffing plans.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from sourcing to on-boarding.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors, professional organizations, and reputable independent contractors to help identify and source qualified talent.
-Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
-Create and post ads, review applications/resumes, interview, schedule walk through interviews with onsite managers, and assist with on-boarding.
-Complete candidate employment verifications and exit interviewing as needed.

Requirements:

-3+ years recruiting experience (either corporate or agency)
-Must have experience working with an applicant tracking systems.
-Considerable knowledge of hiring laws and practices (SPHR or PHR certification a plus).
-Ability to multi-task and handle heavy call volume
-Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-Degree in business, communications, human resources, or related area preferred.
-Human Resources experience required
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
