Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Controller/ Finance Manager to join an established company in the Garner area.  This position will lead the Accounts, Finance, Tax and HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring monthly and annual book closing and result analysis for the location
• Annual budgeting and Monthly variances analysis
• MIS and Analysis of Pune and Global accounts for Management
• Roll out the various financial policies and procedures and ensuring statutory compliances
• Treasury and Cash flow Management, rolling out factoring program for Customers
• Supporting the US Marketing, Distribution, Warehousing team on various matters
• Responsible for Tax compliance including filing of Tax returns for US entities
• Handling HR for the location and supporting Global HR head on HR related matters

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate should be a CPA or MBA in Finance/Economics with 10 years of experience.
• Manufacturing Industry experience desirable
• Experience with Tax Compliance and filing of Tax Returns
• Candidate should have good commercial acumen
• Should be able to lead a team of young professionals
