Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant to join an established company in the Cary area.

Responsibilities:
• A/P Processing (coding, filing, organizing, keying, etc.) and Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit Card chargeback and decline processing
• Assist with general accounting related inquiries (vendor payments, contractor payments, commissions, etc.)
• Process bank deposits

Requirements: 
• Comfortable with Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience preferred year experience
