Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join a local software company in the Raleigh area. This position will be the first point of contact for guests, and will provide administrative support to the Executive, Facilities, and HR teams.
Responsibilities:
• Managing our Raleigh office, including overseeing our office supplies, and providing back-up support to other US offices.
• Supporting our Executive Team and the rest of the Administrative Services Team
• Maintaining and enhancing vendor relationships
• Proactively coordinate internal meetings (i.e. rescheduling rooms to avoid conflict, ordering food, organizing rooms prior to meetings, etc) and help with company events
• Answer main phone line and forward calls as necessary
• Accept incoming mail and packages and sort it to the appropriate departments
• Organize conference rooms each morning and before and after meetings throughout the day
• Coordinates furniture requests, desk assignments, and manage local furniture vendor relationship.
• Coordinate security access cards for Raleigh office
• Work with building management on updates/announcements to communicate to employee population
• Book travel and car service
Requirements:
• Possess a positive and flexible attitude
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Experience creating business deliverables within the Microsoft Office Suite:Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Able to demonstrate proactive customer service
