Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Specialist to join a local company in the Apex area. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Quoting new product & lead time to customers.
• Database Management – Making sure appropriate entries are made after each communication and maintaining correct information.
• Issuing & updating RMA’s. Quoting repair costs to customers & processing Purchase Orders for RMA Dept.
• Order Entry – Entering orders into Intuitive, which includes securing information that may be required for proper processing of a Purchase Order, i.e.: appropriate part numbers and Customer Trade Sheets. Communicating delivery to customers.
• Creating new customer accounts in Intuitive & working with AR to set up account. Includes completing vendor information for new customer.
• Entering new part numbers & updating existing part number pricing, along with updating price lists.
• Customs documentation for correct processing of International orders. Includes troubleshooting Customs issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years sales or sales administration experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
