Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join an established company in the Raleigh area.   This position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to clients, dealers, third-party representatives, and coworkers. This is a temp-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Maximizing the total customer experience
• To handle inquiries by phone, fax, e-mail, and personal visits in relation to company business
• Communicates with internal departments in order to coordinate and support all sales and marketing programs
• Communicates with operations and/or logistics to resolve sales and production issues
• Work closely with sales, operations, and the controlling team members
• Accurate and timely input of orders into the warehouse management system
• Providing order acknowledgements to clients and/or dealers
• Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors
• Processes requests for brochures, samples, and price quotations, and similar data to customer, as required
• Assists in returns and replacements as needed
• To build and maintain positive and productive relations with our clients, dealers, and third-party representatives to provide exceptional experiences
• To maintain an efficient working environment
• Work directly with external sales team and provide support and information as needed
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge
• To solve problems by liaising with the other staff
• Provides switchboard relief as needed
• Complete other tasks as required to support our business plan

Requirements:

• Able to meet deadlines — self-starter
• Able to work both independently and as a team member with the Internal Sales Team
• Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (e.g. Windows based office PC programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to learn product knowledge to effectively respond to inquiries
