Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a growing company in the Durham area.   This position is for a “hands-on and self-motivated” individual who requires minimal supervision and can work well with in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Vendor sourcing and contracting
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables (Billing & Collections)
• Perform general account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Inventory tracking and reconciliation
• Track Certificates of Insurance for all vendors making sure they are valid and up-to-date

Requirements:

• Must be highly skilled in Excel, and in analyzing and reporting on financial and numeric data
• Should have 2-3 years of Accounting Experience
• NetSuite or ERP experience a plus
• Associates degree or higher in Accounting or related field
