Accentuate Staffing is actively looking for a customer service admin to join an established medical device distributor in Morrisville. This position is ideal for a candidate who has experience in customer service and administration to assist with recalls on products. Responsibilities:
- Service internal and external customers as it relates to recall notice and customer inquiries.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and e-mails from/to internal and external customers regarding recalls
- Field and respond to customer inquiries related to recall acknowledgement forms, affected product, return of product
- Running and updating of recall reports and trackers
- Reconciliation of recall returns and credits
Requirements:
- High School Degree required; college degree in a business related field preferred
- 2+ years of administrative and/or Customer Service desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and accurately handle complex processes and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
