Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Facilities Manger to join a local technology company in the RTP area. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Space management
• Building maintenance & cleaning
• Works with Landlord/Property Management company to ensure HVAC and all services included in the lease are done party
• Emergency Evacuation / Occurrence oversight
• Works with management and Procurement in calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money
• managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
• Coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, waste disposal and recycling, cleaning, and catering
• Assists in pace planning projects ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or re-organizing current premises

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience
• Bachelors Degree is preferred
• Strong Project management skills are needed
• Proficient with MS Office
