Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Staffing Specialist to join an established company in the Holly Springs/ Fuquay Varina area.  This is 3-6 month contract position that could lead to a full-time position.  This is a high volume corporate recruiting position.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule 30+ interviews per week
• Meet with hiring managers to determine needs
• Post positions
• Source and screen candidates
• Conduct in-depth phone interview for a wide variety of skill sets
• Enter and track applicants in ATS

Requirements:

• Associates degree is preferred
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience is required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proficient with MS Office and ATS
