Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Evening Collector to join a local company in the Raleigh area.  This person must be able to work from 12p-9p.

Responsibilities:

-Counsel borrowers by phone, demonstrating adherence to customer service goals, guidelines and objectives.
-Place outbound collection calls.
-Take incoming phone calls related to the servicing of borrowers loans in repayment or prior to repayment.
-Update information related to demographic information supplied by borrowers.
-Perform servicing activities, including but not limited to, changing critical records related to the borrower’s situation.

Requirements:

-2+ years related work experience in student lending environment
-Ability to apply appropriate communication techniques when responding to borrowers and escalate when necessary
-Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
