Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Representative to join a growing pharmaceutical company in the Cary area.   The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9a-6p. This is a 60-90 temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

– Process claims quickly
– Calling patients and doctors to verify insurance information
– Communicate with providers regarding patient updates
– Check all patient information for completeness and accuracy
– Manage projects assigned by doctor

Requirements:

– Previous work experience in a customer support role
– Benefits, healthcare, or insurance experience required
– Able to pass a background and drug screening

$15/hour
