Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Director of Online Formative Assessment to join a local company in the Durham area. This is a temp to hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership in the development and management of all online formative assessment products, services, and awarded contracts
• Drive the direction and vision for the company’s websites, monitoring the product roadmap, development sprints, and release schedules in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Evaluate, align, and allocate resources to project managers to strengthen client satisfaction during contract acquisition, project planning and implementation, and delivery of training and technical support.
• Build strategic alliances and identify partnership opportunities for product integration and assist in the negotiation of contract terms with subcontractors and partner agencies.
• Strengthen cross-functional team communication and work flow processes across company divisions to ensure successful project and product outcomes.
• Facilitate product demonstrations for state and district education agencies and potential industry partners via webinars, conference sessions, and face-to-face meetings.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field, Doctorate preferred
• 5 or more years of teaching experience
• 5 or more years in a leadership position managing a team
• 3 or more years managing web-based educational assessments, products, and/or services
