Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Instructor/Trainer to join a global pharmaceutical company in the RTP area.  This is a full-time/long term contract position. This position will partner with Talent/Organizational Development and Instructional Designer to deliver leadership training to the organization.

Responsibilities: 
-Assist in designing the plan & building capabilities needed by BUs. Work closely with BU & CC stakeholders to align the plan, calendar & resources to BU & organizational priorities.
-Deliver training needs
-Coaching team training skills and utilizing expertise in Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles
-Subject Matter Expertise in Leadership Courses to include Project Management for the Unofficial project manager, Crucial conversations, etc.
-Drive best practice sharing,
-Identify and lead delivery of standard work where applicable
-Develop expertise in Standardization, Project Management and Business Improvement skill sets

Requirements: 
-Bachelor’s degree is required
-Minimum of 7-10 years in Pharma industry
-Experience Leadership Training
-Must be proficient to expert in coaching, facilitation and project management skills
-Demonstrated written oral and interpersonal communication skills
-Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills
-Virtual and live training experience is required
