Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Order Fulfillment Customer Service Representative to join an established medical device manufacturer in the RTP area.  The ideal candidate will be self-directed, takes initiative, highly organized, and works autonomously.  The hours are 8a-5p Monday-Friday with some overtime.

Responsibilities:
• Order fulfillment
• Entering POs and managing POs
• Excellent customer service via email and over the phone
• Coordinates internally and externally with customers and vendors along with the Sales team
• Customers are both domestic and international
• Orders are processed over the phone and via purchase orders faxed or emailed
• Order processing and invoicing
• Account management
• Upselling products and services

Requirements:
• Previous experience in an order entry capacity
• Freight and international experience with customers and customs would be a huge plus
• Able to stay until 6p and even works weekends when workload dictates
• Excellent customer service skills
