Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Global HR Generalist to join a company in the Chapel Hill area. This position will be responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits, day-to-day administration of the HRIS, recruiting, and other programs.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement the organization’s international and US recruitment processes
• Develop overall staffing standards for the organization
• Conduct compensation analyses and build offer packages for US positions and all global positions spanning across 14 offices (Africa, Asia and Latin America)
• Train international HR staff to properly execute staffing processes, compensation analyses and panel interviews
• Coach and develop managers on staffing, recruitment and hiring
• Research country labor laws and partner with local HR representatives to develop employment contracts
• Full cycle international and US recruitment for approximately 50 positions

Requirements:

• Education and Experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field with 3-5 years’ experience in HR is required
• Must have progressive, global experience
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required, as well as experience with an HRIS
• PHR certification preferred
