Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an awesome foot-in-the-door opportunity for a recent college graduate. We are looking for an account manager to join a leading athletic wear distributor in the park. The hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
– Correspond with clients and customers via email and over the phone regarding accounts
– Taking payments
– Answering questions
– Tracking shipments
– Order processing for corporate and local sport-related businesses
– Product expertise, marketing strategies and consumer relations.
– Point of contact for business partner related customer service issues and resolutions.
– Perform product refunds, coordinate with onsite warehouse to ensure delivery dates, and correspondence record keeping.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Eager and dedicated attitude
– Proficient with MS Office products
