Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Technology Coordinator/Licensing Specialist to join a local company in the Durham area. This position will assist the management team in the day to day routine operations of the office. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Assisting callers or appropriately routing calls to office staff or other resources including website
Will perform functions such as: document management, software installs, trouble shoot log-ins, and basic connection trouble shooting
Entering and logging application information
Processing and assisting applicants with exam appeals process
Entering information accurately and processing transfers
Updating name and address changes in database
Performing all other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Must be proficient with MS Office and Google Docs
Must have experience performing software installs, troubleshooting log-ins and basic computer connection trouble shooting for staff
Strong customer service skills are required
2-3 years of experience is required
