Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Contracts Financial Administration Manager to join a local company in the Raleigh area.  This is a direct hire opportunity to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

-Subcontractor Pre-Qualification review and recommendation for Subcontractor approval and for enrollment in Subcontractor Insurance Program.
-Manage the accounting job cost charges for Subcontractor Insurance program.
-Review and approve subcontractor insurance certificates and bonds for compliance with our subcontract provisions.
-Review contracts with a focus on General Conditions, Bonding, Insurance and Indemnity Provisions of the contract.
-Oversight of job cost setup and updates to ensure timely entry and conformity with our job costing system.
-Work with Project Managers and Division Vice Presidents in the Building Division on project profit projections and make recommendations for adjustments of same.
-Oversight of the billing process and collection of same with emphasis on timeliness and accuracy.
-Oversight of Job Cost system for Building Division.

Requirements:

-Experience in Construction Accounting, CPA preferred but not required.
-Knowledge and understanding of analyzing financial statements, Construction insurance and contracts.
