Accentuate Staffing is currently looking for an experienced CNC programmer. This position will require setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines with little to no supervision, producing machined parts while adhering to quality and safety standards, and keeping maintenance records and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

Use safe procedures to perform all tasks
Meet tolerance requirements by using supplied gauges
Setup, program, operate and troubleshoot CNC
Use MasterCam to adjust programs
Understand and edit G-code programming
Coordinate with other departments in the plant
Work to improve material handling procedure
Perform regular maintenance on CNC
Perform or assist with necessary repairs
Oversee organization of entire CNC department
Attend necessary meetings
Communicate professionally with Co-Workers and Management
Track and record non-conforming parts
Operate forklift to transport material

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Must have CNC experience
6 Months+ supervisory experience
Experienced in hand and power tool use
Basic math skills for machining application
Basic problem solving ability
Ability to communicate with Peers and Management
Forklift experience
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to safely lift the necessary weight to perform job duties
Frequent walking
