Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst/Contract Administrator to join a local construction company in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to: VP Operations, VP Building Division, & CFO
• Pre-Qualify Sub-Contractors: 34/35 sub’s per project with 18 projects going at one time.
• Analyzing financial statements for up to 130 different Sub’s per bid
• Review Construction Insurance and risk Management for each Sub
• General Financial Reporting — Identify wrong codes, clean books, & job cost projections
• Route and Execution of contracts
• Job Costing each project
• Reporting of internal overhead
• Software — Spectrum by Dexter & Chaney
• Billing — Manager internal books and joint venture books with each project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 3+ years Accounting/Finance experience
• CPA Preferred
• Construction Industry strongly preferred
