Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Accounting Assistant to join a local company in the Cary area.

Responsibilities:

• A/P Processing (coding, filing, organizing, keying, etc.)
• Bank Recs using QuickBooks
• Uploads from Excel to QuickBooks
• Credit Card chargeback and decline processing
• Assist with general accounting related inquiries (vendor payments, contractor payments, commissions, etc.)
• Process bank deposits

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience
