Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a local company in the Raleigh area. This position will be responsible for delivering on the company’s cash intake and client satisfaction objectives

Responsibilities:

• Manages AR for the specific region. AR balance is approx 12 million per month
• Manages partner/ reference accounts
• Reconciles clients contracts with billing and payments
• Takes incoming calls from clients
• Documents and follows up on client issues
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients and other departments
• Makes outbound calls to follow-up on collections
• Provides team leader with a forecast detailing accounts that are expected to be currently paid and those that are being sent to a third party collections agency.
• Responsible for keying credits to your AR concessions mailbox with 5 business days of the e-mail.
• Responds within 24 hours to clients and follows up within 72 hours
• Consistently provides superior customer service to all clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum Associates degree or 3-5 year work experience equivalent
• 3-5 years Customer Service, strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Proficient in Excel

Working arrangements
• Full time 40 hours standard office hours with occasional overtime
