Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Collections Representative to join a local educational company in the Raleigh area.  The Collections Representative is responsible for collecting and meeting due diligence on all past due loan types required by the federal government and internal auditing.

Responsibilities:

-Contact borrowers via an automated dialing system regarding repayment of student loans.
-Regular attendance is essential.
-Perform skip trace activities.
-Handle incoming phone calls from borrowers.
-Identify all loan types and underlying rules that apply to each.
-Market loan consolidations and the incentive program to new borrowers.

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
-At least one year of customer service experience.
-Ability to use the CISCO recording system on malicious callers, verbal reduced pay and verbal no pay forbearance scripts.
-Ability to meet and manage customer expectations in a professional and timely manner
