Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a local company in the Raleigh area.  The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for maintaining customer relationships by responding to inquiries, documenting actions taken, entering orders, and communicating clearly and positively both internally and externally. Some overtime will be required during the holiday months.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a positive attitude
• Review notes and records regarding previous inquiries and responses to offer an accurate response
• Record customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ account records for all customers.
• Improve quality service by recommending improved processes, and by identifying new product and service applications and sharing those with others in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and networking with customers and suppliers.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Should be a team worker and be able to carry out all tasks and effectively manage time.
• High school diploma
