Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an AP specialist to join an established construction company in the Chapel Hill area.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Experience in job-costing, construction and/or manufacturing accounting
• Reconciliations expertise, bank statement to GL and other balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience with Viewpoint Construction software (a plus, not a requirement).
