Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an HR/ Payroll Coordinator to join a local Construction Company in Apex.  The Coordinator is responsible for auditing and entering Human Resource information into the HRIS System and processing weekly payroll for 70 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Entering, auditing and verifying HR transactional data into a centralized HR (ADP) database and ancillary HR systems, ensuring that the information entered is accurate, reflects the client’s intentions and adheres to company standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with employees
• Respond to requests for assistance from HR
• Apply working knowledge and understanding of HR policies, programs, operations and benefits.
• Assist with the on-boarding process
• Benefits Administration and Enrollment
• Contribute to various corporate projects, as needed

Requirements:

•College level degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a client service position.
• 1-2 years experience payroll experience.
• Previous Certified Payroll experience is extremely beneficial.
• Some knowledge of various HR functions and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the telephone and to deal with difficult situations.
• Good writing skills (clarity, conciseness).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with peer group members.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
