Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a global distributor in the Raleigh area. The Internal Sales Coordinator provides a critical role in customer interface, and is part of a team responsible for providing a variety of services, solutions, support and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence and long term business.
This position provides support in all areas of customer services, inside sales and technical support utilizing interpersonal and business skills. This specialist ensures customer satisfaction by placing orders, scheduling deliveries and services, responding to inquiries, and taking appropriate action to resolve concerns.
Responsibilities:
-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
-Handle and resolve customer complaints
-Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
-Perform customer verifications
-Process orders, forms, applications, requests and proof them
-Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
-Manage customers’ accounts
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
-Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
-Record details of actions taken
-Manage administration
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
-Follow up on customer interactions
Requirements:
-Minimum 4 year college degree
-Previous experience providing customer service in Retail or Commercial environment
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
