Accentuate Staffing is working with a growing engineering and construction organization seeking a Project Manager to join their technical team. This company partners with clients across commercial and industrial sectors to deliver highly specialized projects focused on fluid-handling systems, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring safe, high-quality project execution from concept through completion.

This position requires a detail-oriented and driven project management professional with engineering and field coordination experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, construction and mechanical systems knowledge, and excellent communication ability. The Project Manager will work closely with designers, vendors, field personnel, and customers to ensure successful, compliant, and timely project delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project lifecycle from contract award to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
  2. Coordinate with internal engineers, designers, vendors, and subcontractors to define project needs and secure necessary resources
  3. Direct field execution by resolving engineering issues, managing quality, and overseeing installations
  4. Lead contract and procurement efforts, including supplier selection, negotiation, and delivery tracking
  5. Maintain project documentation and reporting, including cost tracking, change orders, and financial forecasting
  6. Oversee safety and compliance across all phases, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulatory standards

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent field experience
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in mechanical, electrical, or fuel-related systems
  3. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional coordination for complex construction projects
  4. Strong problem-solving skills with working knowledge of industry codes, design documents, and construction documentation
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; familiarity with AutoCAD or design software a plus
  6. Valid driver’s license, ability to travel regionally, and eligibility to work in secure facilities
