Site Director
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading print manufacturing company in the Morrisville, NC area with hiring a Site Director to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations while driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery
- Manage and develop a large manufacturing team, including leadership staff and direct reports
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production flow
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and business objectives
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive accountability across the organization
- Support budgeting, cost control, labor optimization, and overall site financial performance
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality systems
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong background in operations leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in an on-demand, made-to-order, or high-mix production environment
- Proven Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality processes
- Experience with P&L, budgeting, and cost management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience leading large teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment
