Accentuate Staffing is hiring dependable, motivated individuals for a variety of manufacturing and warehouse positions at a client of ours in Monroe, NC. Opportunities include production, forklift operation, shipping & receiving, and inventory control. If you’re looking for a stable company with room to grow, we’d love to hear from you! These are temp to hire opportunities, with 1st and 2nd shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
- Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, ship, and receive products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts, stock rotation, and basic documentation.
- Inspect materials and equipment, reporting quality or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and shipping goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40-50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
