Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
• Apply powder coatings using electrostatic equipment.
• Monitor coating quality and ensure a consistent, durable finish.
• Operate curing ovens and inspect completed parts for quality.
• Perform touch-ups or rework when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Read work orders and follow production and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of powder coating equipment and finishing processes a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well independently or as part of a team
