Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing metal fabrication company who is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working day shift Monday-Friday, with overtime on Saturdays. This is a great role for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical skills and experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and equipment issues and complete repairs
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Read blueprints and equipment diagrams to support maintenance activities
- Test equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Help identify components that should be repaired or replaced to keep equipment running efficiently
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with industrial equipment
- Electrical experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
