
Marketing Analyst
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to support sales and marketing operations during a temporary assignment. This role will play a key part in analyzing business data, maintaining critical databases, supporting proposal processes, and delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with structured data, creating reports and visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Support sales and marketing teams by maintaining databases and completing cross-references, RFP/RFI responses, proposal requests, and related documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines.
- Assist with product inquiries, monthly inventory reporting, and sales constraint management activities.
- Maintain targeted customer and prospect lists, reports, and tools that support ongoing business initiatives.
- Support the creation and maintenance of customer communication databases for marketing and sales teams.
- Develop charts, graphs, dashboards, and presentations that communicate research findings and business insights.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, providing reporting and analysis to support forecasting efforts.
- Validate data, document assumptions, and track project deliverables for analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and ensure timely delivery of accurate data outputs.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support commercial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, sales support, reporting, or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Power BI or other data visualization tools, sales and marketing operations, forecasting, trend analysis, business reporting, and commercial analytics environments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
