Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Cary area that is hiring a Machine Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity working 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with occasional weekend overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and support production equipment including saws, orbital welders, and brazing equipment
- Use hand tools such as chop saws, cordless drills, and buffing wheels to complete production tasks
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machinery to ensure accurate and efficient production
- Perform basic troubleshooting to support equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Flex into other production areas as needed based on workflow and priorities
Requirements:
- Prior machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with machine shop equipment and hand tools
- Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and respond to changing production needs
- Basic computer skills, including data entry
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
