Warehouse/Supply Chain Lead (Food Manufacturing/Distribution)
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a food manufacturing company in the Smithfield area who is looking for a Warehouse/Supply Chain Lead (Food Manufacturing/Distribution), to join their growing team. This is a direct hire position offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate material movements to/from production and maintain accurate ERP/system updates
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory; reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound shipments (receiving, documentation, labeling, storage)
- Manage outbound finished goods and ensure timely, accurate shipments
- Monitor consumables inventory and communicate reorder needs
- Partner with Customer Service to arrange transportation and shipments
- Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, and Production teams
- Support GMP compliance and audit readiness
Requirements:
- Warehouse leadership background in a food manufacturing/distribution environment required
- Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar)
- Solid inventory control knowledge
- Forklift experience preferred
