Accentuate Staffing is working with a growing manufacturing operation seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate to support daily order fulfillment and logistics activities. This organization values reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude, and they are committed to training individuals who bring strong work ethic and foundational warehouse experience. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate outbound shipments and smooth warehouse operations.
In this position, the ideal candidate will bring hands-on warehouse experience, the ability to safely lift and move materials, and comfort working with basic computer systems. You will work closely with the warehouse manager to complete picking, packing, shipping, and material handling tasks while learning additional responsibilities over time. Candidates with sit-down forklift experience and an interest in growing their skill set will be strongly considered.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in an accurate and timely manner
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform domestic and international shipping through carriers such as FedEx and UPS
- Assist with general warehouse tasks including material handling, inventory movement, and maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with the warehouse manager to support daily operational needs and handle heavier lifting requirements (50+ lbs)
Requirements:
• Previous warehouse experience, including order picking/packing or material handling
• Sit-down forklift experience and ability to complete physical lifting of 50+ lbs
• Basic computer skills to navigate shipping systems, labels, and order entry
• Experience with domestic or international shipping processes (FedEx/UPS preferred)
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
