Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a family-owned construction company to identify a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Administrator to support construction operations across a variety of project types. This role provides administrative and operational support to the project management team, assisting with schedules, submittals, documentation, and day-to-day project coordination to ensure projects run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with project setup, documentation, and coordination to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
  • Maintain project files, submittals, RFIs, and as-built documentation while tracking approvals and resolving drawing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support daily operations and project progress.
  • Assist with permitting, inspections, testing documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and track Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and other project documentation.
  • Support pre-construction activities including quantity takeoffs, estimating support, bid solicitation, and project setup.
  • Coordinate materials, documentation, and logistics to support field operations and project schedules.
  • Track field personnel time, PTO, and subcontractor labor to ensure accurate payroll reporting.
  • Conduct occasional site visits and support field leadership in maintaining jobsite organization, safety, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of construction industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in electrical or healthcare construction is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with Box, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred.
  • Estimating experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
